About TEEZ Hair Studio

TEEZ Hair Studio is a luxury, education-focused hair salon located in the heart of Highland Village, Texas, founded in November 2019 by husband-and-husband team James Hoff and Justin Lattimore.

What began as a shared vision to create something different has grown into one of Highland Village’s most trusted destinations for luxury hair color, blonding, haircuts, extensions, and personalized salon experiences. Just months after opening our doors, we faced the unexpected challenge of the COVID shutdown. Like many small businesses, we had to fight to keep going—but with resilience, an incredible team, and the unwavering support of our guests, we came through stronger than ever. Today, we’re proud to be entering our seventh year serving the Highland Village, Flower Mound, and Lewisville communities.

At TEEZ, education is the foundation of everything we do. We are deeply committed to advanced training, mentorship, and continued growth behind the chair. Our salon was built to be a safe and inspiring space where artists can grow creatively, build successful careers, and thrive in a supportive team environment.

James, Owner and Chief Creative Stylist, oversees the daily operations of the salon and leads team education and stylist development. With over 26 years behind the chair, James brings extensive experience as a hairstylist, mentor, and educator. Prior to focusing full-time on growing TEEZ, he spent several years as an educator and national platform artist for L'ANZA Healing Haircare, traveling and teaching stylists across the country. His passion for education, artistry, and guest experience continues to shape the culture of TEEZ today.

Justin works behind the scenes managing the financial side of the business while also continuing his career as an executive with Baylor Scott & White Health. Together, James and Justin have built TEEZ with a balance of creativity, business strategy, and a shared commitment to building something meaningful for both their team and their guests.

One of the things we’re most proud of is the team we’ve curated—an eclectic group of talented hairstylists from different backgrounds, experiences, specialties, and creative perspectives. That diversity allows us to serve all hair types, styles, and guest needs while creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, celebrated, and cared for.

Above all else, we lead with a servant’s heart. We believe exceptional customer service is just as important as exceptional hair. Every guest who sits in our chair is the reason we’re here, and we never forget that TEEZ exists because of the loyalty, trust, and support of our amazing guests. Our goal is simple: to create beautiful hair, meaningful connection, and a salon experience that feels elevated, welcoming, and uniquely TEEZ.
