James with his partner Justin opened TEEZ Hair Studio in Highland Village in November of 2019, after realizing the need in the community for an education based boutique salon. Dedicated to beautiful, individualized results for each guest, James believes education is key to providing top quality results to our guests. James is an educator for L'ANZA Healing Haircare, a luxury hair care line that delivers true and impactful results. James has limited days behind the chair, so be sure to book early!

Caitlin has been a professional stylist for 6 years! She trained and worked in Wisconsin for 4 years and decided it was time to go back home to Texas! And in her short time in Texas, she has grown a massive following, Caitlin specializes in blondes (highlights/balayages) and reds. Yes, if you have not seen Caitlin's reds, you have found your go-to stylist! She really loves working with vibrants! No challenge is too much for her to handle! Her abilities have made her our Lead Stylist and when not slaying great hair, she is helping with our Assistant program building the next generation of stylists! TEEZ's own El Salvadorian Princess joined the team right after receiving her cosmetology license. A graduate from Tint School of Makeup and Cosmetology, Kathy gained passion in not only perfecting her free-hand balayage technique, but found her love in makeup. Her focus is creating an individualized look for every person/occasion. You can find Kathy building her talent by assisting the TEEZ team or working on her makeup skills at our Makeup Center. We know with her personality and sparkle she will quickly fill up when she becomes New Talent!

Having 20 years of healthcare finance and operations experience and know what it takes to make it through the challenging times in roles from accountant to executive. Having saved many hospitals in my career across this great country, I saw and faced those issues head-on for both large and small organizations alike. In 2019 James and I made the decision to build a niche salon in our own image that not only focused on great and healthy hair but also on the client experience from beginning to end and back to beginning again using a simple yet sustainable philosophy. I love building out-of-the-box approaches to challenges with a splash of personality, thus starting a system of salons from scratch allowed us to do just that! Whether working on a super cool accounting spreadsheet, payroll tax problem, marketing, salon maintenance, or working behind the desk I love what we can do when we do it together! I love the team we've come to build!
