Just a few tips and tricks to make your visit the best possible!
Children
Our goal is to make your salon visit as relaxing as possible. For your comfort as well as other guest and the safety of all, we request you obtain childcare before coming to your appointment. Adventure Kids is located next door for your convenience.
Discretion & Exceptions
At TEEZ we understand accidents happen, people get sick and/ or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these isolated incidents with grace. Unfortunately, we do record these incidents as to prevent abuse of our policy.
Adjustments & Corrections
Your satisfaction is our top priority and as much as we try to get it perfect-- sometimes it still needs tweaking. If you are not satisfied with your services, we will correct or adjust up to seven (7) days of your initial appointment. Anything after seven (7) days will be charged as a new service.
Late Arrivals
If you think you might be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call appointments 5 minutes after their scheduled start time, if we have not been able to contact you after 15 minutes the reserved time will be reopened and available for other guests. If you arrive after 15 minutes your services will be altered to fit the stylist availability, but you will still be charged for the originally scheduled service.
No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds on products or services at TEEZ Hair Studio. For services we offer complimentary adjustments or corrections within seven (7) days of the initial appointment pending management approval. After seven (7) days, any services performed will be charged accordingly. For home care products we offer exchanges or salon credit up to 30 days pending approval from management. Home care products will not be accepted to exchange or return for store credit if over 1/4 of the product is used & there must be either a receipt or customer history providing proof of history of purchase from TEEZ Hair Studio.
Photography
​We take and use before and after pictures or videos of guest services to help the growth of our business. The pictures taken at TEEZ Hair Studio may be used on our website or social media platforms. All photos and videos will only be used for professional use.
Salon Scale
What is SalonScale? SalonScale is a backbar tool that helps us weigh, track and accurately charge for hair color. The techniques utilized in hair color now, are completely different then even just a few years ago. The amount of product used and needed per guest ranges widely based on the guests individual desires and hair types, Salonscale helps us meet the needs of our individual guests while keeping costs under control and specific to each guest. With SalonScale we can ensure that you are only ever going to be charged for the color used at your appointment.
SalonScale also makes it easier for us to replicate your color for future appointments. We can track your inspo pics and results as well as keep track of your past product costs.
