Did you know in the salon business stylists earn their income from commissions? What this means is that they do not get paid a salary, they earn their living by taking care of guests. If a guest does not show up for their scheduled appointment or cancels with short notice, it does not leave them the opportunity to book or fill another appointment in that time slot.  With most of our stylists booked out two to four weeks, it is imperative we enforce our policies to also protect those guests waiting for availability on our wait list.  

 

Cancellation Policy 

Appointments that are canceled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled services. Any appointments that are missed without contacting a salon receptionist to cancel or are canceled with within an hour of the scheduled appointment time will be considered a "No Show" and subject to a fee of 50% of scheduled services. 

 

 

Late Arrivals 

If you think you might be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call appointments 10 minutes after their scheduled start time, if we have not been able to contact you after 15 minutes the reserved time will be reopened and available for other guests. If you arrive after 15 minutes your services will be altered to fit the stylist availability, but you will still be responsible for the originally scheduled services. 

Discretion and Exceptions

At TEEZ we understand accidents happen, people get sick and/ or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these isolated incidents with grace. Unfortunately, we do record these incidents as to prevent abuse of our policy. 

 

Adjustment Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your services, we will correct or adjust up to seven days of your initial appointment.

 

 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on products or services at TEEZ Hair Studio. For services we offer complimentary adjustments or corrections within seven days of the initial appointment pending management approval. After seven days, any services performed will be charged accordingly. For home care products we offer exchanges or salon credit up to 30 days pending approval from management. Home care products will not be accepted to exchange or return for store credit if over 1/4 of the product is used & there must be either a receipt or customer history providing proof of history of product from TEEZ Hair Studio. 

Children and Etc. 

Our goal is to make your salon visit as relaxing as possible. For your comfort and safety, we request you obtain childcare before coming to your appointment. 

 

Photography 

We take and use before and after pictures or videos of guest services to help the growth of our business. The pictures taken at TEEZ Hair Studio may be used on our website or social media platforms. All photos and videos will only be used for professional use.
