Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to our team, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice of reschedules or cancellations. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel/ reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity receive services.  Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked a month ago. Since the appointment is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee may apply (why we require a credit card at the time you book your appointment). 

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of reserved service amount. 

"No Shows" will be charged 100% of reserved service amount.

Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge of 25% of reserved service amount.  

The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. TEEZ Hair Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing of our establishment and future clientele.



Adjustment Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your services, we will correct or adjust up to 10 days of your initial appointment.

Children and Etc. 

Our goal is to make your salon visit as relaxing as possible. For your comfort and safety we request you obtain childcare before coming to your appointment.
