Cancellations/ Reschedules and No Shows
Your appointment is very important to our team, it is reserved especially for you, and we understand that schedule adjustments are sometime necessary: therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We send out the following reminders to help you remember and plan accordingly:
Confirmation email/ text at time of booking appointment
Phone call reminder 72 hours before scheduled appointment
Email confirmation reminder 48 hours before scheduled appointment
If appointment was not confirmed via email then a Text reminder 24 hours before scheduled appointment is sent out
Text reminder is sent out the morning of scheduled appointment.

We do this because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked a month ago. Since the appointment is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee up to 100% of scheduled service may apply.
Less than 24 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount.
"No Shows"** will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
Cancellations or reschedules made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. -TEEZ Hair Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing of our establishment and future clientele.

** "No Shows" are when a guest does not show up for a scheduled appointment, does not cancel their appointment in advance whether in person, online or by phone/ text.
